Over the past ten years he has developed an extensive connection to the executive community in Queensland and strongly believes in investing in leaders who are passionate, driven and motivated to solve business problems.
Andrew Kiel, CEO and Co-founder Leap in! Australia
Andrew is CEO and Co-founder of Leap in! Queensland's largest NDIS Plan Manager. Andrew has spent 25 years enabling customer centred innovation and digital transformation for leading health, finance and human services organisations. Andrew is passionate about people with disabilities having unfettered access to employment opportunities across all sectors in all capacities and is a founding member of the IEM.
Steve Waters, Executive General Manager Sales and Marketing Endeavour Foundation
Steve is passionate about helping organisations and people achieve their best and a strong proponent at many levels of workplace inclusion for people with disability. Over the past 20 years he has worked with a wide range of organisations helping teams grow their presence and impact with a focus on customer experience, sales, marketing, fundraising, service and product development. Steve has also held board positions for smaller not-for-profit organisations.

Andrew is the founder of Social Scaffolding, a Queensland consultancy working with the not-for-profit and business communities to work together and solve social problems. Andrew specialises in bringing business experience and skills to the not-for-profit sector – addressing the challenges and bridging the divide in how these sectors work together.
